Manage public markets, slaughterhouse, public terminal and public facilities efficiently and effectively. Collect stall rentals, market fees, parking/entry fees and other revenue, coordinate with the city Veterinarian in promoting wholesome meat to the consuming public.  Maintain Cleanliness and sanitation in the public markets, slaughterhouse, public utilities and its premise and ensure that all ordinance, policies and guidelines pertaining to the operation of public market, public terminals and public utilities are implemented and complied with.
